OCD Set Free is an interactive, Atlanta-based OCD treatment experience that’s different from the traditional talk therapy that most people imagine when considering seeing a therapist. While there is talking and sometimes couches are involved, you’ll find that most of our time isn’t spent with your feet kicked up on a couch. Rather, it’s a time that feels more like a coach/athlete relationship, where we’re on the same team, addressing your concerns out in the real world. We go where your anxiety subsists. If you’re afraid of public restrooms because of germs, we’re here to help you overcome the fears that prevent you from being able to take care of a necessary task while you’re out in public. If you’re avoiding public door handles, religious establishments, feeling fixated on the little things, afraid of shaking hands or avoid playing with children because you’re scared you might hurt them, then we will gently support you in getting back to enjoying the things that you once loved and did with ease. We’re committed to coaching you through all of the everyday anxieties that are keeping you stuck, by going where it is relevant.
We support individuals who have been struggling with OCD symptoms and anxiety, as well as family and friends whose loved ones have been suffering in silence due to OCD.
